All content, features, and functionality of the Healthlytic application — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the arrangement thereof — are the exclusive property of Healthlytic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our express prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email to the address associated with your account. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of Healthlytic after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
